Thermal Spray Application
Thermal Spray Application (TSA) is a coating process that is an effective technique that has been used significantly in the last 20 years for the protection of onshore and offshore steel structures, topside equipment and pipelines exposed to atmospheric and immersed conditions.
NusaPro provides TSA services actively for number of years. The major advantage of TSA is that the whole life cycle cost may be significantly lower because of the anticipated greater durability of TSA.
Most common material used in TSA is aluminium and zinc and any other material as per client specification.

Ultra High Power Water Jetting
NusaPro offers high and ultra-high pressure water jetting services for surface preparation, lancing, and internal pipe cleaning using various techniques. The performance adopted for high pressure washing and flushing is from 5,000psi to 15,000psi. As for Ultra high pressure hydro jetting the range of pressure applied is from 20,000psi to 40,000psi, for surface preparation and painting.
